lgparty Terms & Conditions for PH Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the lgparty website, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with lgparty and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms apply to all registered players and visitors to the lgparty platform. If you are using lgparty on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms — though note that sharing accounts is not permitted under Section 3.

lgparty reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file.

2Eligibility

To register and use the lgparty platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use.
• You are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party for the purposes of betting or gaming.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of lgparty or its affiliated technology or gaming providers, where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

lgparty may request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by players who do not meet these eligibility requirements will be closed and any associated balances may be voided in accordance with our verification policies.

3Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on lgparty. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different personal details, or different device/IP combinations — is prohibited and will result in account closure.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must update your account details if any information changes. lgparty is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP codes with anyone. lgparty will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

Any activity performed through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact lgparty support immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling OTP authentication to add an extra layer of protection.

4Deposits & Payments

All transactions on lgparty are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. No foreign currencies are accepted, and no currency conversion is applied at any stage of a transaction.

Deposits are credited to your lgparty account once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the method used. lgparty does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, or any digital asset.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the account cashier section.
• You must only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — using another person's GCash, Maya, or bank account — are not permitted.
• lgparty is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider, bank processing times, or network interruptions outside our control.

If a deposit does not reflect in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference and the team will investigate promptly.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your lgparty account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the support team. All withdrawals are issued in PHP.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This is a one-time identity check that typically requires a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. KYC is required to comply with anti-money laundering standards and to protect both the platform and its players.

• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes stated in the cashier section of your account.
• lgparty reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are security or compliance reasons to do so.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The receiving account must be registered in your own name.
• If a withdrawal is rejected due to failed verification or policy violations, the amount is returned to your lgparty account balance.

6Betting Rules & Game Conduct

By placing any wager on lgparty — whether on slots, live casino games, or sports betting markets — you accept the specific rules that apply to each game or betting type. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface or betting section.

The following general rules apply across all betting activity on lgparty:

• All bets are final once confirmed. lgparty does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers unless a technical error is verified on our end.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or sporting event, lgparty reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• Results are determined by the game provider's certified RNG (Random Number Generator) for casino games, and by official match/event results for sports betting. lgparty does not interfere with these outcomes.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or platform errors for financial gain is prohibited and will result in account suspension and voiding of associated winnings.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of automated betting tools, or any other form of fraudulent betting behaviour is strictly prohibited.

Sports betting markets on lgparty cover PBA, NBA, volleyball, boxing, football, esports, and other events as listed in the Bet section. Market availability, odds, and in-play options vary depending on the event. lgparty reserves the right to suspend a market at any time for operational or integrity reasons.

7Bonuses & Promotions

lgparty may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or other incentives to registered players from time to time. Any such offer will be accompanied by specific terms and conditions that govern eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry, and withdrawal of bonus-related funds.

• Bonus terms are communicated at the time the offer is made and must be read in full before accepting.
• Abuse of bonuses — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using strategies that exploit bonus mechanics — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• lgparty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion without prior notice.
• Where no specific bonus terms are provided, the general platform terms apply.

No specific bonus percentages, cashback rates, or promotional amounts are guaranteed by these terms. Refer to active promotions within your account for current offer details.

8Responsible Gaming

lgparty is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming habits. Gaming is intended as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. There is no guaranteed outcome to any game or bet placed on this platform.

lgparty provides the following responsible gaming tools within your account:

• Deposit limits — Set daily or weekly funding caps to manage your spending.
• Session controls — Monitor and limit the time you spend on the platform.
• Self-exclusion — Temporarily deactivate your account if you need a break from gaming.

9Account Suspension & Termination

lgparty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Use of automated tools, scripts, or bots in connection with any platform activity.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, lgparty will aim to communicate the reason and expected timeframe to the registered player where it is lawful and appropriate to do so. Verified balances not related to any policy violation will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once an investigation is concluded.

Players may also request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10Privacy & Data

lgparty collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used exclusively for account management, payment processing, identity verification, and legal compliance. lgparty does not sell player data to third parties.

All data is protected by SSL encryption. Access to personal account data is restricted to authorised lgparty staff and third-party service providers who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, lgparty's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds currently held in that player's verified account at the time a claim arises. lgparty is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages of any kind arising from platform use.
• Interrupted access to the platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or events outside our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
• Decisions made by game RNGs or official sporting event outcomes.

lgparty operates its platform on an "as is" basis and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. We actively maintain and update the platform to minimise such risks, but no absolute guarantees are made.

12Changes to These Terms

lgparty may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated review date shown at the top of the document.

For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, lgparty will notify registered players via email to the address on file. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current so that you receive such notifications.

Continued use of the lgparty platform after the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with the changes, you may request account closure before the effective date of the update.
